ANALYZE
It is our job to get to know our players and to evaluate from our side how best we can help each one based on several factors including their player profile, academic history and exactly what their intentions and ambitions are. We take pride in the relationships we build with our players and doing our best for them means being honest and open about what we can do to help their future.
PREPARE
Knowing that we can not do the work for our players, we have designed our own \”playbook\” to help them be prepared when the time comes. With SAT and TOEFL exam preparation and additional sport-specific training, we guide our players to the steps they must take. There are no shortcuts but we offer our tools to make each step easier.
ACT
Contacting schools, coaches and scouts is where we follow through on our game plan. We help to prepare player stats, video and academic reports so that communication goes soundly and we have everything we need to take the next steps. We don\’t make any promises to our players and they know that we work hard and to the best of our ability to get them to the next level. It is an around-the-clock job and we do it with grit and persistence.
